How long are delivery times?

Delivery within the contiguous US can be as fast as 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.

What are the size and logistical requirements for installation?

Each tent requires approximately 40 feet long x 20 feet wide of relatively level ground for installation. Access to the installation site requires smooth to moderate grade road with room to maneuver the approximately 35 feet long x 14 feet wide towed chassis base into position. We have installed numerous of these and can advise on site suitability.

What is the lifespan of a tent?

The glamping tents are manufactured from the most durable canvas and high quality construction and our manufacturing partner in South Africa has had tents live in the wilderness for more than 10+ years.
